Profound Relaxation

My clients often come for treatment at crucial times in their lives such as periods of upheaval or after an accident; or simply when they are feeling tired, stressed or run down. Accepting touch can also be an important step towards emotional healing. As therapeutic massage is an holistic treatment, clients often report a a sense of profound relaxation during and after treatments.

On-going Health Care

Therapeutic massage builds on this basic nurturing touch to assist the body in both health and disease, often helping with the healing of many disorders.
Most people find massage treatment hugely enjoyable and many now use it as part of their ongoing health care programme.

Appropriate Treatment

During the first session, a detailed case history is taken, so that safe, appropriate treatment can be tailored to each individual.

Jo Song A.P.N.T, G.C.M.T, B.C.M.A(reg) is a registered member of the Association for Physical and Natural Therapists and the General Council of Massage Therapists. A mother of three, Jo is also a trained Doula/Birth Companion. She practices in Herefordshire and Monmouthshire.
